COURT ST. TRANSITIONAL CENTER

WHO WE ARE:

CSTC is a six bed dorm style residence located at 1905 S. Court St., Visalia CA 93277. CSTC provides a clean, safe, structured, sober living environment that allows residents to utilize the resources available to them. Residents may stay at CSTC until independent living is obtained, up to one year, or until funding contract expires.

Upon intake and assessment, residents will meet with their caseworker assigned to prepare an individualized treatment plan to include:

(a) In house-financial management

(b) Job search and retention skills

(c) Cognitive skills

(d) Use of community resources

(e) Substance use counseling and/or recovery maintenance skills.

CSTC residents are encouraged and/or required to participate in meaningful activities that facilitate a healthy transition into the community such as work, vocational training, adult school, higher education, volunteer work, support networks, and community based recovery meetings.
